longer than the pine trees.

Every coach at Vault holds current USAG certification and completes our forest-training methodology every spring before sessions open.

Priya Nair, mental performance coach, sitting with a gymnast in the forest clearing during a mindset session

Speciality: Competition Mindset

Priya Nair

Questions

before they hit send.

Vault accepts gymnasts aged 10 to 17. Our First-Timer Adventure track starts at age 10. Competition Prep and Skill Intensive are most suitable for gymnasts 12 and older, though we evaluate each gymnast individually.

Absolutely. Tyler's First-Timer Adventure track was designed specifically for this. We have a graduated independence model — gymnasts settle in at their own pace, and we maintain daily parent contact via a private app. Most first-timers say they didn't want to leave.

First-Timer Adventure is open to all levels including beginners. Skill Intensive requires at least a solid cartwheel and willingness to try new skills. Competition Prep is best for Level 4 and above. When in doubt, email us — we'll help you find the right fit.

All outdoor equipment meets USAG safety standards and is inspected before every session. Every coach holds current USAG Safety & Risk Management certification. We have a nurse on-site during all training hours and a clear emergency protocol for every scenario.

Yes. We have a parent observation window during Winter Clinics and an open visiting afternoon on the third day of every summer session week. We also send a daily photo and update through our parent app.

We have a registered nurse on-site full time. For non-emergency situations, we contact parents immediately and adjust the gymnast's program. For anything requiring medical attention, we transport to the nearest facility and stay with the gymnast until a parent arrives.
